Lanelle E. Lanway

Lanelle is the majority owner of All About CSRS, FERS, & TSP, a federal
employee benefits education company. As CEO, she handles all financial
matters for the company.

Lanelle is the Treasurer/ COO for Your Best Move Inc., a registered
investment adviser (KY). Lanelle has been an employee in the financial
industry since 1992.

As our financial strategist, Lanelle is the steadying influence behind the
growth of our companies.

Lanelle earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1981, majoring in
Psychology, from Centre College in Danville, KY.

Leland Michael Lanway

Mike is the owner of Your Best Move, Inc. He is a fee-only financial coach
and planner, and is liaison to YBMI's third-party investment management.

Mike is also a minority owner of All About CSRS, FERS, & TSP. He is the
instructor, as well as the developer of new seminar modules.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1981, majoring in Psychology
and Speech from Houston Baptist University in Houston, TX. He received a
Master of Divinity Degree for Pastoral Studies in 1984, and a Master of
Theology Degree for Preaching and New Testament Studies in 1988, earning
both degrees from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
He is a church elder, and provides supply preaching and interim pastoral
duties as called upon.

Mike has been in the financial services industry since 1992. He has
obtained the following security licenses, certifications and registrations,
and has been recognized by the following organizations:
